General InformationJob Title: ServiceNow Technical ConsultantNumber of Positions : 1Job Location: Gurugram, Haryana, IndiaDuration: 6-MonthsJob Start Date: 8/19/24Job End Date: 2/28/25 Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesTroubleshooting and solving existing problemsIdentifying and assessing technical solutionsManaging development deliverables using an Agile FrameworkSupport customers across various time zonesDeveloping new solutions on the ServiceNow platform Basic QualificationsMinimum 5 years of total IT experienceMinimum 3 years of ServiceNow Support and Development experienceMinimum of 2 years of experience working on a ServiceNow instance in a large organization or working on ServiceNow projects at a professional services firm.BE/BTech degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent fieldGood to have ITIL Foundation V3 or v4 certificationMust have ServiceNow Certifications - CSAGood to have ServiceNow Certifications – CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExperience with ServiceNow modules - ITSM, SPM, CSM, Integration HubExperience with application support and development activitiesExperience with working in a client-facing environment.Ability to develop quality solutions independently.Ability to work in shifts or out of standard working hoursExperience creating and configuring ServiceNow Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Flows and ACLs.Understanding or experience with technical aspects of ServiceNow such as JavaScript, XML, HTML, AngularJS, CSS, LDAP, MS Active Directory, SSO, SOAP and REST.
