The ServiceNow Developer is an integral part of the Technology team. This role will be responsible for the design and development of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform, while participating in process flow analysis and process redesign along with stakeholders and team members.This role will be located in our Global Services Office, located in Downtown Los Angeles. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
Responsibilities & QualificationsPerforming intermediate to advanced level development tasks within the Service Catalog and most modules within the ServiceNow platformCreating and/or maintaining Service Catalog items, some of which require complex catalog development experience and knowledgeCreating and or maintaining components such as Server-side scripts, ACLS, Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, AJAX using languages such as Javascript, Angular, and PythonDeveloping client-focused solutions in the following modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Knowledge Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Virtual Agent, Service PortalDisplay the ability to manage, organize, and disseminate information effectivelyDemonstrate excellent administrative, organizational, and coordination skillsPossess the ability to follow defined process and learn new concepts quickly in order to test and support the administrative functions within ServiceNow
Experience & Education -A bachelors degree; a minimum of six (6) years of relevent experience may be considered in lieu of a degreeA minimum of two (2) years of experience on the ServiceNow platform; a minimum of two (2) years of IT business related experienceServiceNow Administrator certification and/or ServiceNow Developer certification
