What You Bring
Should have a total of 6 to 9 years of experience with ServiceNow DevelopmentCandidate should have experience in Designing new implementation within ServicenowShould be ready to research on new modules in serviceNow, provide demonstration to stakeholders Candidates should have good knowledge on ServiceNow Scripting - Client Scripts, Business rules, Jelly scripts, UI pages and othersWorking experience with Integrations with third party toolsWorking experience with Service Catalog creation and Maintenance along with workflows, wotk through on automationGood at troubleshooting ServiceNow issues with related to CMDBWork experience in development of Service PortalStrong knowledge with ITSM processWorking Knowledge with CSM, HR and other modules within ServiceNow Facilitating roll out of new applications and modules
