REQUIREMENTS4-5 years of experience within ServiceNowGood understanding of CMDB (Configuration Management Database), including discovery, Service mapping, troubleshooting items when discovering, troubleshoot within CMDB, map business applicationCSA certification Certified in Service Mapping and DiscoveryFamiliarity with JavaScript- able to read/understand itNICE TO HAVESFamiliar with CSDM (Common service data model) 4.0 methodology for service deliveryMid server application troubleshootingHardware and software access mgmt. WMI and SNMP protocol skills
