Core Accountabilities
Implementing Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog Request. Collaborate with other business and technical teams to develop user-friendly catalog items using ServiceNow's latest tools including Studio, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub. Development of Global Service Catalog from requirement gathering to development, testing, and moving to production Support ServiceNow implementation / enhancements with technical support as required. Ensure Enterprise IT / Infrastructure standards are considered. Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup. Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications. Developed and Implemented Service Catalog items, Order guides, record producer, Variable Sets, UI Policies, Data policies, UI Actions, ACL- s, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script includes Should have sound knowledge of scoped application development. Development and Configuration of ServiceNow In scope Modules Provide technical support for complex issues
Minimum Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.S./M.Tech. from Computer Science, Electronics and Communications and Electrical Engineering fields with an excellent academic record Minimum 3 years of working experience on the ServiceNow platform Well versed with different ServiceNow products Hands on experience on Service Request Management and IT Service Management. Hands-on experience with Service Catalog & Asset Management products. Hands on experience on Catalog builder is a pre-requisite Hands-on experience on Integration Hub is a pre-requisite Hands-on knowledge in developing integrations with Platform while adhering to the servicenow best practices. Hands-on experience on Script Includes, Business Rules & Client scripts Excellent communication skills - verbal & written are truly essential Demonstrated experience working with business partners to interpret requirements Experience working in Agile mode and working with remotely located teams. Great interpersonal skills result driven & Go-getter attitude is highly desirable
Desired Qualifications
ITIL V4 foundation certification Servicenow CSA and CAD certification is mandatory. Servicenow CIS-ITSM is desired."
