About this Role:
Team is looking for a well-rounded and motivated Servicenow Developer who will be a part of the execution team.
What You’ll Do:
Provide subject matter expertise in design, development and implementation within the ServiceNow Platform to drive continuous improvementProvide technical guidance to junior developersConduct code reviews to ensure code quality based on ServiceNow best practicesProactively identify issues, troubleshoot issues and provide fixes, work on Support ticketsHelp stakeholders adopt to new features of ServiceNowMaintain knowledge of the latest ServiceNow featuresDocument processes or Technical Design DocumentsWork closely with the stakeholders and the ServiceNow Product owner, ServiceNow Architect and Business Analyst to build solutions
What You’ll Need:
5+ years experience in software development in ServiceNow
Must Have:
Hands on experience working on ITSM Pro offerings - Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics. Worked on at least one project in these areas. Possess advanced ServiceNow Technical skills - Business Rules, Script Includes, Client scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Import Sets, Transform maps, MID Server configurationWorked on Integrating ServiceNow with other tools. Experience guiding junior developersExperience working with Business Analyst and Architect to provide solutions and estimate level of effortExperience working in Agile methodologyGood communication skills and interpersonal skillsCertifications : Certified Servicenow Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist / Certified application developer
