Years of Experience: 2-5 Years ServiceNow Administrator Responsibilities Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform, including modules for Incident, Problem, Change Management and CMDBManage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutionsManage user access, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and integrityMonitor and maintain the health and performance of the ServiceNow environmentPerform regular server maintenance tasks such as applying upgrades and patchesRecommend best-practice solutions to established business processesAssist in design and implementation and support of third-party integrations with ServiceNowDocument and record every aspect of ServiceNow changes and implementationPlan, track, and schedule software upgrades and enhancementsTroubleshoot problems within the ServiceNow platform and resolve issuesDevelop good working relationships with other employees across the organization Requirements Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platformUnderstanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNowExperience in maintaining a CMDB, aligned with CSDMExperience with ServiceNow integration methodsKnowledge of the software development lifecycleExperience with Agile and Scrum development methodologiesAbility to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a teamStrong soft skills, including attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skillsServiceNow certifications are a plus
