Job Description
The ServiceNow Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for designing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing our self-hosted ServiceNow environment. This role requires in-depth Linux OS and database, networking, infrastructure management, and advanced troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design & Deployment:
Architect and deploy the self-hosted ServiceNow infrastructure.
Implement best practices for ServiceNow application components, including databases and integrations.
2. Maintenance & Optimization:
Monitor system performance and resolve issues to ensure optimal functionality.
Conduct regular maintenance, including patches and updates.
3. Support & Troubleshooting:
Address and resolve complex technical issues.
Collaborate with client IT support teams to provide user assistance and technical guidance.
5. Documentation:
Create and prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation for the self-hosted ServiceNow platform.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
Qualifications
1-2 years of experienceBatchelor in Computer science or any relatedCertified TIA Network+ & CCNA etc.Excellent communication Skills in Arabic & English
