Deliver technical and architecture design elements of ServiceNow features and Integration servicesWork with engineering teams, stakeholders, to create technical solution designsEnsure technical quality and adherence of integration designs to Enterprise Architecture standards and product roadmapIdentify, capture, and implement ServiceNow architecture patternDrive resolution of technical debt, to reduce the ongoing cost of the IT servicesProviding communication of architecture design and decision making, enabling approval to proceed with designsDesign solutions (products and services) to meet user needs and align with ServiceNow technical strategy and standardsSupport delivery teams, blending technical (development and architecture) and behavior skillsScoping and deliver the requirements. Ensuring requirements are well documentedDeliver tailored presentations and product demonstrationsUndertake business related travel as required to meet customers, demonstrate solutions, strengthen sales and delivery progress
Skillset
Experience in ServiceNow technical architecture covering:Experienced in ITxM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery & AppEngineExperienced in ATF, Mobile Solutions, Reporting and Analytics, etc. Exposure of HRSD, IRM, CSM, FSM, TSOM & other industry specific modulesExperienced in assessing Service management landscape including existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations & improvementsExperienced in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languagesClient side / Server-side scripts, UI policy, Data policy, Business rule, script include, Script action, UI actionFlow designer and decision tableWorkflows, Rest and Soap based integrationTransform map, Import set and Data sourcesProven cross technology experience connecting ServiceNow to overall IT landscape12+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years' experience in ServiceNow/Enterprise architecture.Certification high preferred (CSA, CMA)
