Work you will do Collaborating frequently with clients to provide cloud solutions and assistance; and working with these customers to understand their requirements for cloud implementations that add the most value to their business. Create functional design specifications, Azure reference architectures, design documents and assist with other project deliverables as needed. Providing technical and architectural leadership for ServiceNow application. Create and maintain design specifications, architectural diagrams, and process diagrams supporting and communicating changes to ServiceNow platform applications. Provide Technical Guidance and resolve issues during upgrades and customizations of ServiceNow platform applications. Responsible for proactive problem and risk management Triage and fix defects found in ServiceNow platform, applications, and workflows. Creating project and application architecture deliverables that are consistent with architecture principles, standards, methodologies, and best practices. Leading technical design sessions with the development teams, including the creation of class models, sequence diagrams, component models, etc., and detailed design specifications to ensuring that architecture standards are followed. Advising and consulting Deloitte Application Studio leadership on technology costs, benefits, and implementation requirements. Improving processes to ensure alignment between the business strategies and application technology roadmap. Provide recommendations to clients with respect to cloud migrations and prepare technical implementation roadmaps for ServiceNow adoption. Design state-of-the-art technical solutions on ServiceNow that address customers' requirements for scalability, reliability, security, and performance and leverage existing investments in ServiceNow platforms. Learn, learn, and learn by staying up-to-date on all technical developments related to ServiceNow and other public cloud platforms. Deliver scalable, reliable applications faster to meet the ever-changing demands of customers. Designing, developing, implementing and releasing high quality custom software solutions using Agie Scrum & SAFe. Applying the very best technical agile patterns and practices when building custom software solutions. Working under some supervision from a Solution Architect, but will be expected to work independently on complex, non-routine tasks and projects. You may interact with end users and other technical personnel to identify and correct issues. Maintain continuous, open, consistent professional communication with customers, peers and team members. Openly listen to others and confirm understanding to ensure everyone is on the same page. Working closely with team members on quality-related activities. Leading and mentoring junior developers through projects. Reviewing and approving 3rd party and integration solution architecture based on established enterprise application strategy. Communicating implications of architectural decisions, issues and plans to business and IT Leadership. Defining and validating non-functional (technical) requirements, and establishing traceability between requirements and application architecture/design. Providing input to the development of project initiation documents including objectives, scope, approach, estimates, and deliverables, when needed. Working closely with Performance Engineering and our Web/Infrastructure Technology teams on defining the deployment architecture. Participating, and technically leading when needed, production troubleshooting and 'War Room' Activities. This role is expected to generally work in India business hours with occasional off-hours status meetings with the on-shore team Requirement: Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect in GRC/IRM space.At least 5 years experience creating data pathways, customizing fields and customizations including Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, workflows, custom tables, reports in ServiceNow.At least 5 years experience creating and maintaining design specifications, architectural diagrams, and process diagrams supporting and communicating changes to ServiceNow platform applications.ServiceNow Implementation Specialist CertificatedServiceNow System Administrator Certification Technical Skill Set (Must Have) Providing technical and architectural leadership for ServiceNow application.ServiceNow in-depth product knowledge and hands on experience is required in multiple modules (e.g. GRC, IRM, ITOM, ITSM, ITBM)Strong Service design skills and Proven experience of delivering complex solutions using ServiceNow development best practices.Extensive hand on with ServiceNow GRC/IRM platform and development experienceDesign, Development and Implementation of ServiceNow customization including, but not limited to: core setup, workflow administration, reporting, data imports, custom scripting, and third-party software integrations. Perform advanced customizations including Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, workflows, custom tables, reports etc. Perform workflow design, configuration, development and data loads for ServiceNow platform, (ServiceNow) applications. Create and maintain design specifications, architectural diagrams, and process diagrams supporting and communicating changes to ServiceNow platform applications. Maintain pace with ServiceNow versioning. Perform upgrades and customizations of ServiceNow platform applications based on guidance from project manager, architects, ITIL practice leads and customers. Provide in-person support daily to customer and team This will include direct interaction with the Executive staff and other key management. Responsible for proactive problem and risk management Triage and fix defects found in ServiceNow platform, applications, and workflows. Creating project and application architecture deliverables that are consistent with architecture principles, standards, methodologies, and best practices. Leading technical design sessions with the development teams, including the creation of class models, sequence diagrams, component models, etc., and detailed design specifications to ensuring that architecture standards are followed. Responsible for defining technical evaluation criteria for product and technology selection and determining technical approaches to ensure all architectural solutions result in a coherent systems design. Providing expert knowledge of ServiceNow application architecture to business and technology teams and facilitate the collaborative development of the technology strategy, technology standards, roadmaps, and practices. Providing support / guidance to the development teams during the analysis, development, and testing processes. Advising and consulting Deloitte Application Studio leadership on technology costs, benefits, and implementation requirements. Working with business clients and product owners to review business drivers, needs, and strategies to anticipate future business / technology needs. Improving processes to ensure alignment between the business strategies and application technology roadmap. Reviewing and approving 3rd party and integration solution architecture based on established enterprise application strategy. Communicating implications of architectural decisions, issues and plans to business and IT Leadership. Defining and validating non-functional (technical) requirements, and establishing traceability between requirements and application architecture/design. Comfort, knowledge and usage experience of design pattern. Well versed in UML with comfort of diagraming in at least one tool – Visio, Enterprise Architect, Visual Paradigm, Modelio etc. Experience with the following Technologies/Methodologies preferred: Messaging architectures SOAP and REST with JSON text encoding Preferred Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and reasoning skills to earn support of business leaders, technology leaders, colleagues, and vendor representatives. Capable of building sustainable relationships with colleagues and key individuals. Creativity and ability to think outside-the-box while defining sound and practical solutions.
