Our client is seeking a highly skilled and certified ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support and development services, ensuring the optimal performance and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily support for the ServiceNow platform, addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution. Perform routine maintenance, system upgrades, and patches to ensure the stability and security of the ServiceNow environment. Develop and implement new features, custom applications, and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform based on business needs. Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and other ITSM applications. Design and implement automated workflows, business rules, and UI policies to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders, ensuring effective use of the ServiceNow platform. Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and development activities. Stay current with ServiceNow best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the platform.
Required Qualifications
Must be a certified ServiceNow Administrator or Developer. With hands-on experience in ServiceNow support and development. Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and REST/SOAP web services. Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models and architecture. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Additional certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., Implementation Specialist, Application Developer). Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
