We are hiring a great opportunity for a ServiceNow (SNOW) Project Manager - Top Secret clearance. This position will be based in Springfield, VA and the position is required to be onsite.
This position will require U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do: The ServiceNow (SNOW) Manager leads the SNOW team and manages the SNOW platform to ensure its effective use across the organization. The SNOW Manager facilitates initiatives using the Scrum framework and performs associated Scrum Master duties throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: The SNOW Manager is responsible for the following activities: Developing SNOW roadmap, prioritizing initiatives, and managing backlog. Facilitating traditional Scrum events and ensuring sprint cycle targets are achievable. Gathering requirements and implementing best business practices. Overseeing the development, integration, administration, optimization, deployment, and maintenance of the SNOW platform and its modules. Analyzing metrics that reflect the team's progress and the effectiveness of implemented SNOW solutions and identifying opportunities for improvement. Managing vendor relationship. Prioritizing tasks, setting expectations for team members, and removing obstacles to facilitate progress. Providing mentorship and training opportunities for junior team members.
Qualifications
Demonstrated, hands-on proficiency and expertise in the following areas: Facilitating and deploying large scale Enterprise projects using the Scrum/Agile framework. Implementing streamlined processes and workflows aimed at optimizing organizational efficiency. Fostering an environment of continuous improvement to mature solutions via incremental and iterative enhancements. Managing multidiscipliary teams and multiple simultaneous projects/initiatives. Mentoring and growing junior developers/administrators skillsets. Excellent written, verbal, communication, presentation, and training skills with the ability to articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, as well senior-level executives. Experience :
Four or more years of progressive experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Product Owner.
Education :
Bachelor's degree from an accredited University.
Certifications :
Professional level Agile/Scrum certification, such as the Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or PMI Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM). Professional SNOW or ITIL certification.
Desired Qualifications :
Hands on ServiceNow experience. Hands on systems administrator experience. Experience with ITSM and ITOM best practices. Familiarity with SNOW modules, applications, and integrations.
Skills & Technology Used :
SNOW Management Solutions in various areas: development, integration, administration, optimization, deployment, and maintenance of the SNOW platform and SNOW modules. ITSM/ITOM Best Practices, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and Enterprise Framework.
