We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a ServiceNow Platform Manager
What You´ll Do
Set overall platform strategy and design and be accountable for ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Outline vision, investment, and value case for platform strategy and communicate to senior stakeholders. Establish and maintain governance structures and best practices with the business and internally for platform services. Direct long term planning and development programs, and the appraisal of the program portfolio management against the business strategy, budget available, and value delivered. Ensure minimal technical Debt on ServiceNow Platform and high upgradability Own ServiceNow platform performance Technically drive and support platform initiatives like Health scan findings, back to box, debt reduction, etc.

Strategy and Investment Management Customer and Stakeholder Management Investment and Program Management Managing and Motivating Teams Web and Mobile Industry, Customer, and Competitor Trends Corporate Affairs and GDD&T’s Goals, Strategies, & Roadmaps Corporate website platform Trends & Best Practices Agile, SDLC, and DevOps Tools & Methodologies (e.g., SAFe, CI/CD, Jira) Mandatory: ServiceNow – ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, SPM, HRSD
