Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain ITSM processes by designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions as a team.Combine business requirements with best practices to create added value.Implement interfaces to enhance automation.Support the operation and improvement of a user-centered service portal and other communication channels.Introduce and develop additional business processes and modules on the existing platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.Extensive experience in software development and ServiceNow interface integration.Strong understanding of process and workflow integration.Expertise in ITIL, ITSM, and service processes.Excellent written and spoken skills in both German and English.
