Job Overview: Summary of PositionResponsible for translating complex client needs into specific technical requirements and defining a solution meeting those requirements. You will be a client-facing technical leader, orchestrating and driving the development of these requirements into enterprise solutions. As a Technical Architect, you will oversee projects from an architecture design perspective through implementation, providing leadership and advocacy, as well as assisting hands-on in troubleshooting/problem solving.Travel RequirementsAvailability to travel.Eligibility RequirementsCAD Citizen, PR Your Life at Eviden:The Technical Architect is responsible for analyzing and translating business information and technical requirements into architectural blueprints, proposing solutions to achieve complex business objectives. The position provides guidance on, assists in establishing, and participates in technical governance processes. The role collaborates on the design and implementation of a platform operating model that improves likelihood of successful go-lives and end-user adoption. Technical Architects provide technical evaluation of strategic and operational demands against the ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and leading practices. What will make you successful/or “Your X Factor”: High level understanding and experience of application development lifecycle and SDLC methodologies such as Agile.Strong customer service skills to deliver high-quality results with a consultative approach utilizing excellent technical and interpersonal skills.Significant experience with solutions development, testing, proof of concept and migration issues, problems, and considerations.Design and architect scalable, distributed on-prem and cloud-based Services and Applications that integrate across different technologies.Lead the successful implementation of designs and architectures while managing expectations, risks, organizational structure, and leading practice principles.Work with the business to understand and solve complex problems, by presenting various solution options and technical concepts in a comprehensible manner.Create reliable technical solution plans that include estimates and optimized delivery approaches.Work with the business and multi-disciplinary teams, enforcing governance and compliance activities for overall delivery.Analyze complex functional and non-functional requirements and make appropriate design adjustments, as well as provide effort estimates to support project management.Identify, develop, and manage reference architecture and design patterns for digital applications.Identify new disruptive technologies to provide business value.Lead and technically mentor development teams.Create and participate in the establishment of reference architecture and domain models.Lead/support efforts for Digital Technology and Application Rationalization. Your Expertise:Education:•BA/BS Degree in IT, IS or business-related field or equivalent professional experienceYears of Experience•8-10+ years of IT experience with Application hosting and solutions architecture and design•At least three years of ServiceNow Subject Matter Expertise (SME) experience Minimum Required SkillsExperience providing creative solutions to business problems and working with IT Service Management (ITIL) processes, metrics, and key performance indicatorsA solid understanding and demonstrated experience using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript/AJAX3rd party integration experience with the ServiceNow platform using REST, SOAP, SFTP, MID, etc.Demonstrated knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, SSO, SSL and other such technologies.Preferred SkillsServiceNow knowledge of the following products:CSM (Customer Service Management)HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery)ITBM (IT Business Management)ITOM (IT Operations Management)ITSM (IT Service Management)SAM (Software Asset Management)AIE (Analytics, Intelligence, and Reporting)DevOpsFSM (Field Service Management)FS (Financial Services)FOM (Field Operations Management)FSO (Financial Services Operations)GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance)TSM (Telecommunications Service Management)LSD (Legal Service Delivery)LP (Now Platform)NLAP (Now Platform App Engine)SO (Security Operations) Certifications ITIL v3 or V4FoundationsCSACADAny two Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) disciplines (ITSM, CSM, HR, SecOps, ITOM, etc.)
