We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect with a strong background in building scalable workflow solutions for healthcare systems. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing a comprehensive workflow solution aimed at streamlining patient onboarding through automated document processing and document management.

Workflow Solutions: Design and implement automated workflow solutions for patient onboarding, ensuring seamless integration with existing health system infrastructure.Document Management: Create and manage automated document processing systems, ensuring accurate and secure handling of patient documents.Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in ServiceNow architecture and development are followed.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure successful implementation.Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve existing workflows and systems, staying updated with the latest ServiceNow capabilities and healthcare industry trends.Compliance and Security: Ensure that all solutions comply with relevant healthcare regulations and data security standards.
Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or similar role, with proven experience in healthcare systems.
Technical Skills:o Expertise in ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and custom application development.o Strong knowledge of workflow automation and document management solutions.o Experience with integration of ServiceNow with other healthcare systems and databases.o Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:Certification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)Experience with healthcare standards and regulations such as HIPAA.Familiarity with patient onboarding processes and healthcare document management systems.
