This role offers £400 per day (Outside IR35). This position is based in Croydon or London (mostly remote).

Experience of leading a CSDM Implementation in ServiceNowAt least 3+ years’ experience in architecting enterprise servicesStrong understanding of Configurations managementHands on experience in managing CI lifecycle in ServiceNowUnderstanding of Class models of CI in ServiceNowUnderstanding of Service Architecture and how applications services, technology services and business services can be modelled under an unified data modelHigh level understanding of Service Mapping using ServiceNow and how application components can be mapped against a serviceService Introduction and Service Design knowledge will be an added advantagesUp to date knowledge with Agile Architecture using SAFe 5.0 and ITIL processesDelivering unified processes for service onboarding and service lifecycle managementTechnical documentations in agile tools to establish a standardise process for the team members to follow
