Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a ServiceNow CMDB Developer located in Noida. As a ServiceNow CMDB Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) in ServiceNow. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance CMDB solutions. You will also troubleshoot and resolve CMDB issues, perform data analysis, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications
Strong background in Computer Science and Software DevelopmentExperience in Back-End Web Development and ProgrammingProficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) conceptsKnowledge of ServiceNow platform and CMDB developmentUnderstanding of ITIL principles and IT service management processesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work well in cross-functional teamsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsRelevant certifications in ServiceNow or ITIL are a plus
