Job Description
We are searching for a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer, to join our team in Springfield, VA.
CLEARANCE
Active TS/SCI clearance.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
Overview
Perform configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the SNOW instances.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver digital transformation solutions with an emphasis on request fulfillment.Automate workflows through Service Catalogs.Create key ITIL service operations and management processes including but not limited to Request, Incident, Problem, Configuration, Change, Knowledge, and Asset Management.Design, develop, and build custom applications.Provide support to end-users of the Information Technology Service/Operation Management (ITS/OM) solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Direct experience with the ServiceNow platform as an administrator/developer.Proficiency in gathering requirements, database design schemas, and data modeling.Experience customizing or developing reports from data residing in relational databases.Experience customizing or developing dashboards and charts from the data source(s).Familiarity with Web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, XML, and CSS.Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features.Familiarity with the NOW platform's APIs and Integrations.Strong knowledge of and experience in ServiceNow core architecture and applications including Incident, Problem, Change, Portal, Asset, Configuration Management (CMDB), Knowledge Management, Mid-Server, Integrations, LDAP, Flow Designer, and SSO.Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and common service level agreements (SLA) measurements.Proven experience with process and solution integration, workflow, design/configuration, and reporting.
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience with Agile software development.ITILv4 Intermediate certification(s).Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.One or more SNOW certifications, such as Certified Systems. Administrator, Certified Applications Specialist, Certified Application Developer.
