Job DescriptionThe ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Developer role we are seeking is a senior level engineer/consultant with the ability to advise the design, development and build-out of the ServiceNow GRC module in order to implement and/or support the GRC module within Customer Environment(s). S/he must demonstrate a depth of knowledge, experience, and passion for digital transformation. The candidate must possess broad enterprise expertise working with solutions across infrastructure, security, application, and cloud architectures.
ResponsibilitiesCustomer-facing technical consulting experience with ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Module on customer instancesImplementation, tuning, and training of ‘Risk Management’ on customer instancesProvide customer-facing technical consultation related to the ServiceNow platform and modulesExperience working as a ServiceNow administrator (design, enablement, automation, customization, Database Management)Experience with S-Now CMDB, Asset, Change and Configuration ManagementExperience developing on SaaS (Software as a Service) based tools (ServiceNow), with focus on implementing ITIL processesServiceNow platform development and ServiceNow administrationEnd-to-End Service Catalog development and complex workflowsFull understanding of capabilities of ServiceNow to make strategic recommendations aligned to assisting the Customer in realizing operational excellenceApplication of innovative technical solutions to business and the application processesCreation and maintenance of reports and dashboardsCollaboration with Customer ServiceNow resources to ready ServiceNow CMDB for asset inventoriesDevelopment and implementation of Risk Management implementation and processDefine and document procedures for processes and workflowsResponsible for troubleshooting problems as reported by usersCommunicate effectively with management and other members of the projectIntegration of disparate systems using SOAP and REST APIsMid-Server Configuration (to facilitate REST calls and discovery); CMDB configuration and integrationAdditional duties as assigned and defined by management
