Role DescriptionThis is a remote role for a ServiceNow professional. As a ServiceNow professional at SolarSys Innovations, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to ServiceNow platform administration, development, and customization. This includes configuring ServiceNow applications, designing and implementing workflows and automation, managing user access and permissions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful service delivery.
Qualifications5 -8+ years Prior experience in ServiceNow administration, development, or implementationStrong understanding of IT service management processes and best practicesProficiency in ServiceNow configuration, including workflows, catalog items, user interface customization, and reportsExperience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSSKnowledge of ITIL framework and service management conceptsExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsGood communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on customer satisfactionServiceNow certification(s) are a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
