Job Description:As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR Service Delivery (HRSD) processes in ServiceNow. Your key responsibilities will include:End-to-End HRSD Process Development: Design and implement HR case management workflows such as onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR Employee Service Center (ESC) portals. This includes customizing Centers of Excellence (COE) and HR taxonomy.HR Service Catalog and Case Management: Configure HR service catalog items, develop HR templates, manage knowledge articles, and set up HR case routing rules to ensure efficient case management.Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Performance Analytics: Implement and optimize SLAs within ServiceNow. Develop and use performance analytics to monitor and improve HR service delivery. System Integration: Integrate HRSD processes with external HR systems and databases using ServiceNow APIs and integration tools.
