Responsibilities
Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.Customize ServiceNow instances using scripts, business rules, and client-side scripts.Participate in the analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers.Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and best practices.
Job Skills & Qualifications
Required2-4 years of experience in ServiceNow development.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, scripting, and development tools.Understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB).Experience with ServiceNow application lifecycle management and deployment processes.Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.Familiarity with web services, RESTful APIs, and integration techniques.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
