Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst with an active current DHS clearance to join our team and support our federal clients. This role is crucial in translating business requirements into technical solutions, working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Requirement Gathering: Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and translate business requirements into detailed user stories.
Agile Team Collaboration: Work within an Agile team to define detailed stories with applicable acceptance criteria in collaboration with product owners and our technology team.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders via phone and web conferencing, as many stakeholders work remotely.
Documentation and Review: Author and peer-review various documents, including functional, technical, training, marketing materials, and proposals.
Project Support: Provide support throughout all project phases, ensuring the successful delivery of solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years in a fast-paced IT environment, 1+ years with the ServiceNow Platform, and 5+ years in business analysis.
Skills: Experience facilitating requirements-gathering sessions, writing and decomposing user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and performing basic UAT on completed stories.
Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal government regulations.
Clearance: Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
Location: Must reside and work in the United States.
Desired Skills
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze existing system documentation to summarize system functionality.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of basic system technologies related to project deliverables.
Project Management: Ability to create and maintain project roadmaps.
Technical Assistance: Provide technical support and troubleshooting effectively.

Pay Range
The pay range for this position is $63,511.00 - $130,642.00, depending on factors such as relevant work experience, skills, certifications, geographic location, and contract provisions.
