ServiceNow Developer (SPM)*this is with our Logistics/Supply Chain Client*6 month contract to hire*Remote (10% travel) -- EST Working Hours
Required Experience: 5-7+ years of relevant ServiceNow Development experience in an enterprise environmentDevelopment experience within ServiceNow ideally, ITSM, CMDB, or SPM (SPM experience is highly preferred - ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management)Strong overall backend development experience: Develop workflows, custom reports, forms, update sets, create ACL (Access control levels), developing new fields and applying rules around itStrong Experience with performance analytics, Experience setting up groups, security rules, permissions, etc. Experience upgrading ServiceNow version and integration activities Experience with overall administrative and development tasks: configuration, user set-up, permissions, system maintenance, etc.Strong understanding of overall business processes and translate it into workflows (How to submit change request/ map out workflows, etc.) Excellent interpersonal skills, a go-getter, someone that can think outside of the box and work independently Our top client is seeking a qualified ServiceNow Developer to join their growing team as they implement ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management). The ideal candidate should possess specialized expertise in ServiceNow Development with SPM being preferred, demonstrating hands-on configuration/ Development skills. Responsibilities include the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions tailored to their business needs. The candidate should be adept at independently driving projects and possess a proactive, self-starter personality. In addition to technical proficiency, the role requires the ability to work directly with end-users, ensuring a seamless adoption of ServiceNow functionalities across the organization.
