Job Description Responsibilities

Implementation and Configuration :

 Deploy and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, Orchestration, Cloud Management, and Operational Intelligence. Develop and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on IT assets and services.

Monitoring And Optimization

 Integrate various monitoring tools with ServiceNow Event Management to collect and process events. Utilize Operational Intelligence to analyze performance data and predict potential issues. Continuously monitor and optimize ITOM processes to improve efficiency and performance.

Automation And Orchestration

 Design and implement automation workflows using ServiceNow Orchestration to streamline IT tasks and processes. Develop scripts and custom integrations to enhance the functionality of ServiceNow ITOM modules.

Service Mapping

 Create and maintain service maps to visualize and understand the relationships and dependencies between IT services and infrastructure components. Work closely with application and infrastructure teams to ensure accurate mapping of services.

Cloud Management

 Manage and optimize cloud resources using ServiceNow Cloud Management. Implement policies and procedures for efficient cloud resource utilization and cost management
