Job Description:
My Client is seeking a highly skilled Practice Head with deep expertise in IT Operations to lead, nurture and grow the ServiceNow team which currently comprises of 7 people working on 3 Projects.
Proven expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules within ServiceNow.
Extensive experience in business analysis and dashboard development.
Prior experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including scripting, configuration, and integrations.
Strong understanding of ITOM processes and tools, such as Event Management, Discovery, and Orchestration.
Expertise in business analysis techniques and tools for gathering requirements and developing dashboards.
Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
Certifications (Preferred):
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM.
Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
