EducationBachelor’s degree in math, engineering, information systems, or a related field
Required Skills and Experience4+ years of relevant experienceKnowledge of CMDB ImplementationDemonstrated expertise in at least two SNOW modules (e.g. ITSM, CSM, SecOps etc.)Expertise in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)Proven ability to set up ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, sophisticated UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts to meet needsExperience with JavaScript/GLIDE and HTML5Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systemsStrong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to gather requirements from internal and external stakeholdersStrong analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
