Job Description : ServiceNow Developer (Predictive Intelligence & Generative AI)
Experience level : 1 to 4 years
Job location : Coimbatore / Hyderabad / Remote
Job Type : Period : We are looking for an immediate joiner / who can join us within 15 to 20 days.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement advanced AI models and algorithms to enhance predictive analytics capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate AI-driven solutions seamlessly. Optimize machine learning models for scalability, performance, and accuracy in production environments. Conduct research to innovate and improve predictive and generative AI capabilities within ServiceNow. Create technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment guides.
Required Skills
Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Experience with predictive modeling, data analysis, and feature engineering. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and generative AI models. Previous work in predictive maintenance or anomaly detection. Strong communication skills and ability to present findings to stakeholders.
