Responsibilities
Solution Design and Architecture:
Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to define requirements, understand business processes, introduce new capabilities, and design scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Lead clients to informed, architecturally sound solutions, especially in ambiguous situations.
Create detailed technical designs that meet clients' short- and long-term needs, leveraging the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and integrations with third-party technologies.
Technical Consultation
Act as an expert advisor to clients, partners, and project teams, leading solutioning sessions and bridging technical gaps between organizations.
Thought Leadership
Establish our brand as a thought leader within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Implementation Support
Define and uphold standards for collaboration with project managers, developers, and other teams to support the implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
Develop a network of experts to ensure accurate translation of requirements into functional solutions.
Integration And Automation
Design innovative integration solutions and drive adoption across the practice.
Ensure data consistency and integrity across different platforms.
Performance Optimization
Identify and institute new methodologies and technologies to enhance performance analysis and optimization best practices.
Quality Assurance
Ensure delivery teams adhere to quality assurance best practices and drive successful outcomes.
Resource Management
Collaborate with resourcing, practice leadership, and program management to ensure appropriately certified, trained, and experienced resources are working on projects.
Identify new resource requirements as market and strategic initiatives evolve.
Security And Compliance
Develop and mature security solutions to meet changing compliance requirements, ensuring robust security measures and environments for clients.
Documentation And Knowledge Sharing
Create comprehensive technical design documentation and drive knowledge sharing across the practice through white papers, demonstrations, and lunch-and-learn sessions.

Required Experience And Certifications
15+ years of experience implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
Certified Technical Architect.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
Active Certified Application Developer.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
Must reside and work in the U.S.
Preferred Skills
Certified in five or more additional mainline certifications (e.g., CIS - Human Resources, CIS - Customer Service Management).
Hands-on experience with 30+ ServiceNow applications.
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect.
Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript).
Excellence in designing and leading complex solutions and integrations.
Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles.
Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices and industry trends.
