Job Title: ServiceNow Developer with Discovery Duration: Contract Location: Hybrid in Montreal, QC. 
Job Description: •We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with extensive experience in Discovery to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ServiceNow platform development, particularly in configuring and optimizing Discovery processes. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our IT service management capabilities and streamline operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities:•Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions, focusing on Discovery module configuration and integration.•7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Discovery. •Customize and enhance ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical expertise.•Configure Discovery schedules, patterns, and probes to ensure accurate and efficient data collection.•Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Discovery and other ServiceNow functionalities.•Participate in testing, deployment, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and integrations.•Provide guidance and mentoring to junior developers and technical teams.•Stay updated with ServiceNow platform updates, releases, and best practices.
