Summary:We are looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Developer with strong administration, development, and support skills on ServiceNow ITSM. The ServiceNow Developer role will work closely with business and product teams to achieve the desired outcome within the Agile Methodology.
Key Responsibilities:Experience in implementing SaaS and PaaS solutions, with specific Cloud implementation knowledge in architecting solutions for ServiceNow or similar ITIL implementationsEnd to end implementation of ITSM module, 3rd party integrationsWorking knowledge of all ServiceNow/ITIL modules Training, documentation, and support; Lastly, they are also responsible for ensuring that the software behaves as designed by testing it for bugs and performance during all stages of the development process.Scripting (JavaScript) for different modules for writing Rules, Updating/creating workflows, APIs etc.Understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality solutions to our customers.Solving complex problems in a highly dynamic and agile environment.Having a strong focus on code quality and reusability.
Specific responsibilities may include:Troubleshoot bugs, fix defects, and support users of applications developed by the enterprise application development team.Perform code reviews to ensure that the quality bar is being met with regard to coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security.Assist in maintaining detailed documentation of application design and code generation techniques used to train other developers on ServiceNow system software.Develop enhancements for applications developed by the enterprise application development team.
Basic Requirements:B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering or MCA or an equivalent education.5-7 years of relevant experience in design and development with ServiceNow platform.Proficiency in scripting including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular with experience in REST API integration will be a plus.Proficiency with ServiceNow framework and good understanding of UI Scripting, UI Action, UI Policy, UI Macro, Business Rules, Workflow development, ServiceNow administration, Reporting in ServiceNow, SQL, Database view in ServiceNow.Experience across Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.Dynamic team player with good verbal and written communication.Experience on one or more ITSM, CSM or other SNOW modules. Implementations will be a big plus.
Preferred RequirementsITIL Certified.ServiceNow CSA.ServiceNow CAD.Any additional ServiceNow certifications will be a plus.
