We are looking for a motivated Senior ServiceNow Implementer, who would work in our team and work closely with our Cloud Developers to implement and develop new use cases. This new team member has a technical knowledge and growth mindset, which allows this end-to-end realization.
Your mission at Krones.digital:Realizing new and existing use cases concerning our internal product engineering tool Operations Console (OC) facilitating ServiceNow servicesClose collaboration with our Cloud Developers as well as the Product Owner, Tribe Lead and other stakeholdersSelecting the right ServiceNow service to realize those developmentsContributing to the Line of the Future company goalsOrganizing the maintenance and service of implemented ServiceNow solutionsSharing ServiceNow knowledge to the Agile Tribe other selected stakeholdersGetting familiar with ServiceNow services that are not yet known to the Senior ServiceNow ImplementerParticipating trainings to grow technically and personallyAll other tasks related to this role
What are you bringing to Krones.digital?Extensive professional hands-on experience implementing use cases facilitating ServiceNow services into an organization’s product IT infrastructure to help the organization meet their specific business requirementsProficiency with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) with a focus on design & development of ServiceNow custom applications from scratch or from an existing baseline applicationGrowth and architect mindset, eager to learn new technologies and ServiceNow services that are not yet knows to the Senior ServiceNow ImplementerCI/CD engineering experience, understanding of ITSM, ITIL, and/or CMDBSolid technical background complemented by essential skills such as project management, problem-solving, and effective communicationFluent in English, collaborating with international teamsOn occasion, business trips between Prague and Pilsen and sometimes to our Krones.digital headquarter in Regensburg (Germany)In addition one or more Certified Implementation Specialist certifications should be favorable
