This exciting opportunity presents a permanent role based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
Job Description
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.Provide consulting advice to clients based on best practicesDesign, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, especially in APM.Conduct system analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Develop and implement ServiceNow best practices and standards.Provide technical guidance and support to clients and project teams.Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions.Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Consultant, with a focus on APM or Portal ExperienceStrong knowledge and hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and administration.Good understanding of ServiceNow architectureKnowledge of ITIL best practices and IT service management processes.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritiesServiceNow certifications are highly preferred.Proficiency in English is required.Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
