Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the architectural vision and strategy for ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Operational Intelligence).Develop architectural blueprints and roadmaps to align with business objectives and IT strategies.Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of ITOM solutions.Lead the design and implementation of ITOM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and tools, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.Develop and maintain automated workflows, scripts, and customizations.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies.Conduct architectural reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.Monitor and optimize the performance of ITOM solutions.Implement proactive measures to ensure system stability and performance.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ITOM modules.Collaborate with IT, security, and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated ITOM solutions.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide architectural guidance.Create and maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and user guides.
Experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM.Proven experience in architecting and implementing large-scale ITOM solutions.ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM, Certified Application Developer) is highly preferred.
Technical Skills
Proficient in ServiceNow platform architecture and administration.Deep understanding of ITOM practices, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Operational Intelligence.Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell) and APIs.Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles.
