Our international client is looking for a Freelance Technical Architect who specializes in the Service Now SPM module. This position is fully remote with an initial 4-month contract that has a high chance of extension.

Experience:Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow Strategy Portfolio Management (SPM), and Portfolio Management (PPM).Proven experience in a senior architect role, with a focus on portfolio management and strategic planning.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow SPM configuration and customization. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Glide). Knowledge of ITIL practices and frameworks.
Roles & Responsibilities:Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow portfolio management solutions, ensuring scalability, robustness, and efficiency.Provide technical leadership and guidance in the implementation and integration of ServiceNow portfolio management modules.Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutionsServe as a primary point of contact for all ServiceNow portfolio management-related inquiries and initiatives.Oversee the end-to-end development and implementation of ServiceNow portfolio management solutionsEnsure best practices in configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modulesDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions, including architecture diagrams, process flows, and data models
