What You Will Be Responsible For
As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, you'll lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they align with organisational needs and industry best practices. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into innovative technical designs. With a focus on automation and integrations, you'll provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, driving the successful execution of ServiceNow projects. Additionally, you'll stay updated with ServiceNow platform advancements, conducting assessments and evaluations of existing implementations to offer recommendations for continuous improvement. Your contributions will ensure ServiceNow solutions' security, scalability, and maintainability, contributing to the organisation's mission.
