What We Do We are in search of individuals who can showcase their capacity to operate with flexibility and demonstrate a keen awareness of our team’s mission. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, a successful candidate will be instrumental in crafting and implementing enterprise business solutions for our users leveraging the ServiceNow platform. Serving as a technical expert, they will lead the configuration, development, support, and maintenance of an extensive, customized suite of ServiceNow applications. Utilizing both the ServiceNow platform and their own proficiency, the candidate will play a pivotal role in the implementation of enterprise business solutions tailored to our users’ needs. As a valued member of a cross-functional team, responsibilities encompass not only enhancing the ServiceNow platform but also spearheading the introduction of new products and the creation of bespoke ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will provide strategic and tactical support to users, manage multiple projects concurrently, and seamlessly adapt to evolving priorities. If you possess the skills and expertise to excel in this dynamic position, we invite you to apply and become an integral part of our forward-thinking team What You'll Do Work with internal stakeholders, ServiceNow, and vendor partners to guide initial implementation of ServiceNowProvide comprehensive production support encompassing Tier 2 helpdesk support workflows, report administration, system maintenance activities, and various types of documentation including technical, training, and metadata.Provides IT infrastructure expertise, business process revision, web content management, backup and recovery procedures, issue identification and resolution, system optimization, capacity planning, adherence to security protocols, and maintaining standard operating procedures.Collaborate with internal development teams to assist with the creation of custom ServiceNow integrations and applicationsPerform continuous system and software monitoring to ensure uninterrupted operations and collaborate with Service Desk and maintenance teams for issue resolution and operational metric analysis.Ensure that we are always making use of the latest features and are on the cutting edge of ServiceNow’s roadmapOptimize stability and usability of ServiceNow through regular configuration review and optimization as well as application of latest upgrades/updatesCollaborate with team members to design appropriate workflows to address business needs or solutions to address technical issuesLoad, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems as necessaryGenerate operational reports and KPI analysisMaintain production system reliability through utilization of change management process.Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of the application Who You Are BS/BA in a related field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business Management preferred)5+ years of hands-on experience as ServiceNow AdministratorServiceNow Certified System AdministratorKnowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in ServiceNow systems administration and support.Experience with HRSD module of ServiceNowExperience with development of custom ServiceNow applications (App Engine) The Trade Desk does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firm recruiters. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. The base salary range for this role is$76,900—$141,000 USD
