Job Title: ServiceNow CSM Developers/Technical Consultants

Role Overview
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client for experienced ServiceNow CSM Developers/Technical Consultants. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development and at least one successful Customer Service Management (CSM) implementation. This role requires proficiency with core platform capabilities and a strong ability to lead technical workshops and design solutions in line with ServiceNow best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specialising in Customer Service Management (CSM).Lead and contribute to at least one full implementation of CSM.Utilise core platform capabilities, including Flow Designer, Reports/Dashboards, Performance Analytics, Inbound Email Rules, and Workspace Configuration.Conduct technical workshops, create detailed technical designs, and recommend solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of development experience on the ServiceNow platform.Proven experience with at least one full implementation of CSM.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with core platform capabilities such as Flow Designer, Reports/Dashboards, Performance Analytics, Inbound Email Rules, and Workspace Configuration.Expertise in conducting technical workshops, creating comprehensive technical designs, and recommending solutions in line with ServiceNow best practices.
