Location: Fully Remote (UK)
Type: 6 months contract - with possible extension

Role Overview
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client for an experienced ServiceNow ITAM Developer with specific expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development and a proven track record in implementing HAM and SAM solutions. This role also requires a willingness to travel to Perth, Australia for 2 weeks, with all expenses covered by the client.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specialising in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).Lead and contribute to at least one full implementation of Hardware Asset Management (HAM) as part of ITAM.Analyse and understand complex, custom ServiceNow environments.Conduct technical workshops, create detailed technical designs, and recommend solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices.Be willing to travel to Perth, Australia for 2 weeks, fully expensed by the client.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of development experience on the ServiceNow platform.Proven experience with at least one full implementation of Hardware Asset Management (HAM).Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and navigate complex, custom ServiceNow environments.Expertise in conducting technical workshops, creating comprehensive technical designs, and recommending solutions in line with ServiceNow best practices.Willingness to travel to Perth, Australia for 2 weeks, fully expensed by the client.
