Hive needs:· A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields is a plus;· Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow – development and administration;· In-depth knowledge of different ServiceNow modules and features such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSM, among others;· Service Portal development experience, with Bootstrap, AngularJS, SCSS, and JavaScript;· Relational database expertise and experience in data migration, data import/export in Servicenow;· Previous experience in identifying business requirements and translating them into technical solutions in ServiceNow;· Solid experience creating request forms, developing integration with external systems, implementing security (including Access Control Lists) and enhancing the user interface;· Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Service Catalog;· Proficient in development of workflows, automations, custom web services, custom notifications, assessments, custom app;· Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies;· Speaks and writes English fluently.
