The ServiceNOW Developer Architect will be responsible for leading efforts to deliver ServiceNOW automation solutions for DIT Operations and influencing the implementation, processes and on-going support of the DIT CMDB and Asset Database.
The ServiceNOW Developer Architect will be responsible for leading efforts to deliver ServiceNOW automation solutions for DIT Operations and influencing the implementation, processes and on-going support of the DIT CMDB and Asset Database. The position will also spur and coordinate/implement integrations between the CMDB, Asset Database, ITSM, ITOM, billing systems, ordering systems, etc. In addition, the role will drive ideas and projects to leverage various data sources to provide needed dashboards and visualizations valuable to both internal and external customers.
Design and develop large custom applications and automations in ServiceNowAt a macro level this position will be responsible for creating the vision and defining the roadmap(generally and specifically) for custom workflow automations and system/dataintegrations across DIT.Manage the whole lifecycleof custom automation apps and integrations with the responsibility to provideleadership for projects to gather and synthesize requirements, evaluate variousoptions and then design, develop, test, and implement integrated solutions.Lead and promote effectivegovernance of the data models, data integrity, coding, processes, applicationsand overall tools supporting the digitization and automation efforts.Market the value andoverall benefit of digitization and automation apps by showcasing existing appsand discovering/defining future possibilities thereby fostering a culture ofinnovation in this area.
