Job Description:
Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions that meet the organization's business requirements, including configuration, development, integration, and implementation of ServiceNow platform.Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure adherence to best practices, development standards, and architecture principles.Solution Implementation: Design and implement scalable, high-performance ServiceNow solutions across various modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Service Mapping, and Asset Management.Customization and Development: Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications, modules, and workflows. Develop technical specifications, unit test plans, and deployment plans.Integration: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, middleware, etc. Ensure seamless data flow between systems.Governance and Compliance: Ensure that all ServiceNow solutions comply with internal governance policies, security policies, and regulatory requirements.Documentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to architecture, design, configuration, and support. Provide training and knowledge transfer to junior team members and end-users.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with ServiceNow platform upgrades, new features, and industry best practices. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of ServiceNow solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.10+ years of experience in IT architecture, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.Extensive experience in ServiceNow platform architecture, design, development, and deployment.Strong understanding of ITSM processes and best practices.Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive initiatives to completion.Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
