Position: ServiceNow Architect Location: Remote (EST hours) Rate: Negotiable based on experience Duration: Full Time Position Description: The Architect should have an overall understanding of the ServiceNow platform modules, risks, and integration possibilities. The Architect is responsible for mentoring the team in solution design, development, and support of the platform. The Architect will also collaborate with business stakeholders throughout the organization to assess and determine how the platform can be levered to increase efficiencies, transform business processes, and drive technology enablement. Mentor the ServiceNow Platform team comprised of developers, administrators and analysts.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring industry best practices.Understands how to convert existing workflows into the ServiceNow standards.Design end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform, maximizing out-of-the-box features.Provides guidance to ensure that all updates, enhancements, changes, and projects are completed with minimal bugs and defects.Manage integrations with external systems via APIs, REST, SOAP, and other methods.Manage multiple initiatives and workstreams simultaneously.Create/update detailed documentation of all products including but not limited to design documentation, technical operations, support documentation, and release notes.Develop UI changes within the platform.Relevant modules include, but not limited to: ITSM (incident, change, problem, service request), CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, HAM, SPM, HRSD, Onboarding, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management, Virtual Agent, HR Agent/SOW Workspace, Reports/dashboards and AI search.Ensure all work adheres to standard work, policies, and best practices for development and platform maintenance.Maintains compliance with system policies regarding sensitive data. Required Skills:ITL and SDLC,CMDB data models,CDSM,HTML, CSS, and JavaScript,APIs such as REST & SOAP,Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer,Ability to read and understand oral and written instructions, and effectively communicate information,Strong analytical and problem-solving abilityBachelor's degree in Information Systems, HealthCare Management, Business Admin, or other related field.5 years of progressive experience on the ServiceNow PlatformITIL, CSA, and at least one CIS certification required.CAD, CIS-ITSM, and CIS-HR certification preferred.
