What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Facilitate weekly Architect Meetings Lead PI Planning efforts Own and manage the Team kanban board in JIRA Author and peer review various documents including functional, technical, and training materials Lead innovation discussions and submit intakes for new functionality
What Is Required (Qualifications)
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced application development environment 3+ years of experience working in an Agile development environment 1+ years of experience with the ServiceNow Platform 3+ years of experience facilitating requirements gathering and capturing client feedback US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree Solid understanding of software development cycles and methodologies Experience with business process mapping and project management software Ability to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting Conceptual understanding of enterprise software development processes
