ServiceNow Certified Architect (CMA) THE WORK: We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Certified Architect (CMA or CTA) to join our dynamic team. As a key member of Accenture’s ServiceNow Business Group, you will be responsible for leading the design and architecture of complex ServiceNow solutions for our clients. Your expertise will ensure that our clients' ServiceNow platforms are implemented with scalability, reliability, and maintainability in mind. As a ServiceNow Certified Architect, you will be responsible for designing the end-to-end solution for Accenture’s large transformational engagements. Collaborating with Sales and Technology teams, you will define creative, optimized solutions for our largest enterprise clients to drive business value and digital transformation through the power of the ServiceNow platform. You will also take the lead as the technical practice authority, guiding our internal team as well as clients – working collaboratively with ServiceNow themselves. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture and design of transformational ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. Conduct workshops and training sessions related to ServiceNow architecture and best practices. Define and implement ServiceNow integration strategies with other enterprise systems. Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and standards. Support pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and solutioning. Leading the technical engagement with ServiceNow via our local, regional and global alliance partner relationships. HERE'S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification is very strongly preferred. ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification will be considered based on experience and current progress through CMA pathway. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions across various domains such as ITxM, HR, CSM, IRM etc. Experience working with large-scale programmes of work as the lead technical authority for ServiceNow platform solutions. Mastery of ServiceNow architecture including enterprise integrations to other significant platforms. Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members. Demonstrable experience in senior client engagement and technical solution leadership Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in various modules is a plus. Preferred Qualifications & Experience: Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience with enterprise Agile/Scrum methodologies – SAFe etc. Experience in a consulting environment.
