Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices.Developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements.Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code requires expertise to achieve.Stay current with ServiceNow platform advancements and emerging trends to drive innovation.Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations for improvements.Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.Code reviews and quality control checks should be undertaken as part of every project to guarantee maximum efficiency and productivity.Debugging and fixing technical problems.Producing and running test cases to guarantee software quality.Oversee ServiceNow administration, planning, and maintenance.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience of ServiceNow developmentProficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is desirable.Gain familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) , IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes, Secops, SPM and other Non-ITSM applications.Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: ServiceNow API’s, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS.Ability to apply business concepts into a technical solution.Should have ServiceNow System Admin Certification or Application developer certification.Any ServiceNow certified implementation specialist certification would be a plus.Experience in a healthcare domain.
