What we are looking forMust-HaveTechnical CompetencyExperience of ITOM suite (CMDB /Discovery/Service Mapping/Event Management) within ServiceNowBasic Knowledge in Cloud Fundamentals, Windows/Unix admin skillsIntermediate knowledge and ability of understanding Infrastructure environment setup (Server/Network/Storage/etc.)Good understanding in Monitoring toolKnowledge and experience with base platform & reportsGood experience in Scripting & RegEX (JavaScript, Unix Shell scripting and Windows scripting and PowerShell)Experience in integration using REST API / SOAP / any other technologyKnowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testingWorked with and understands the value in creating repeatable processes to design development, test, staging and production environments that are reliable with high availabilityMust be ServiceNow Certified Systems AdministratorShould possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodologyBasic knowledge with ITIL/industry standardsKnowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)Behavioral competencyEffective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences (verbal and written)Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with the project team members collaborativelyParticipate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, and retrospectives)
Good to HaveITIL V3/V4 foundation certificationPreferred to have Discovery, Event management, Service mapping certification
