Location : Plymouth MI Hybrid 3 days a week in client Office
Minimum Experience Required:
Around 5-8 years of experience in the IT industry4+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow executing enterprise projects Implementation experience with ITOM, ITAM, ITSM, ITBM , Custom App development along experience in integrations
Job Description:
Work in the ServiceNow Program developing innovative solutions that simplifies customer servicesMaintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow s capabilities and offerings.Proven experience as a key person leading the development and delivery of different ServiceNow product implementationsArchitect and design solutions for complex business problems using ServiceNow best practices and standardsDeliver hands-on configuration, development and integrations within different modules of ServiceNowFamiliar with ServiceNow features of Flow designer, Integration hub, UI builder, App engine, Virtual agent, Predictive Intelligence, Process Automation and Mobile AppsKnowledge about different cloud service providers like Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform and IAC provider tools like Terraform, Ansible etcUnderstanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelinesLogical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborateEngaging presentation style, with the ability to control and manage multiple presentation scenariosHave the drive and determination to learn and continuously share your knowledge with othersRecognize and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform.
Certification Required
Certified System AdministratorCIS is any one of ITSM & ITOM product suite is preferred
