Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the functional workings of ServiceNow and associated business processes.Monitor the health of the ServiceNow platform.Implement and configure new solutions in ServiceNow.Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and other applications.Maintain documentation and process standards.Utilize 3rd party and vendor support as needed.

Required Qualifications:

experience with ServiceNow.Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and integrations.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification.Experience with Java/JavaScript development for ServiceNow.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Customer and stakeholder focus.

Desired Qualifications:

ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification.Experience with Flow Designer, Employee Center, and ServiceNow Studio
